Helping kids through children's books
The "Ellie Asks" books are designed to help kids see it's okay to ask grownups questions about words or concepts they don't understand, and to help adults discuss the values they want to instill in their children. The series also helps families by donating to organizations that support kids when they need it the most.

Brenner Children's Pediatric Hospital
Brenner Children's is the pediatric hospital at Wake Forest Baptist in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. It was founded in 1986 with a generous donation from the family of Frank Brenner, a Latvian immigrant to came to the US in the early 1900s.
Brenner is rated as a Level 1 surgical center, but it is much more than that to the thousands of children who are treated there every year and their families.
